Pamela L. VonBergen 1960-2026

CHAMPION -- Pamela Louise VonBergen, 66, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 13, 2026, at her home.

She was born June 16, 1960, in Warren, the daughter of Richard D. and Patricia A. Kniszek King.

Pamela worked for Johnsonite Duramax Rubber and Delphi.

Family was at the heart of everything she loved, especially her grandchildren who brought her so much joy. She treasured traveling and making memories with her husband and she enjoyed fishing, crafting and trips to the casino. She was also someone who tried to fix things and figure things out. No matter what the problem was, she seemed to have an answer, and her family knew they could always turn to her for help, advice or a solution.

She is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth R. VonBergen of Champion, whom she married Sept. 29, 1979; daughter, Heather (Tim Witherow) Cimmento of Champion; sons, Rick (Erin) VonBergen and Kenny (Nina) VonBergen, both of Champion; sister, Sandra Green of Warren; brother, Brian (Katie) VonBergen of Waxhaw, North Carolina; grandchildren, Bryson VonBergen, Isabella Cimmento, Aiden VonBergen, Austin VonBergen, Adelynn VonBergen, Camden VonBergen and Cade VonBergen; along with many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Bob Green; father-in-law, Kenneth D. VonBergen; and mother-in-law, Lois A. VonBergen.

A memorial service will be 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.

Friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026, at the funeral home.

Pamela will be laid to rest in All Souls Cemetery, Bazetta.
