WARREN -- Norma C. Shipley, 95, passed away Monday evening, Aug. 31, 2026, at Continuing Healthcare of Niles.
She was a lifetime Warren resident, born on Nov. 8, 1930, a daughter of the late Donald C. and Edna M. Evers Bulford.
She was an avid shopper and loved antique collecting. She adopted many pets over the years, lastly her beloved cat Teddy.
She was a school aide and helped a Vietnamese family assimilate to America.
She will be greatly missed by many surviving nieces, nephews and various close friends.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by both of her husbands, Paul Gehrlein and James Shipley; and her brother, Donald C. Bulford.
Norma, rest in peace. You are with God now.
