NILES -- Michael T. Watson, 33, entered into eternal rest Monday, Sept. 7, 2026, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
He was born Oct. 20, 1992, in Warren, the son of Patrick N. Watson Jr. and April Canann Watson.
Michael graduated from Niles McKinley High School, where he was a standout athlete in football and baseball. He went to college on a baseball scholarship, and he graduated from Shawnee State University in Portsmouth. He became skilled in HVAC and worked in the family business, Pappada Heating.
Michael was interested in all sports and was an avid Ohio State football fan. He enjoyed working, fishing and building campfires and had a special place in his heart to help his loved ones, especially Grandma Jan.
Precious memories of Michael live on with his parents, Patrick Jr. and April Watson of Niles; three brothers, Patrick N. Watson of Niles, Christopher R. (Alyssa) Watson, also of Niles, and Aaron M. Watson (Miranda Hassey) of Hubbard; his niece, Paisley Watson of Niles; his nephew, Oakley Watson of Hubbard; his grandmother, Janice Watson (Dennis "Den" Baumiller) of Niles; his aunt, Lisa Bowers (James) of Niles; two uncles, Robert Canann of Niles and Tom Houser of Mineral Ridge; four cousins, Rebecca and Elizabeth Canann, both of Columbiana, T.J. Houser (Lisa) of Georgia and Melanie Robinson (Yaya) of Mineral Ridge; and his ever-devoted friends, Becky, Payton and Molly.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Patrick N. Watson Sr. and Robert Canann Sr.
Calling hours will be 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026, at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, where services will begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday. All who know and love Michael are welcome to attend and honor his incredible life.
