ORWELL -- Ida Jean Mast Kauffman, 88, died Thursday, Sept. 3, 2026, at her daughter's home in Rome.
She was born April 9, 1938, in Huntsburg, a daughter of Eli and Amanda Yoder Mast.
She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Survivors include her children, Marie Ann Yoder, Samuel Kauffman, David Lee Kauffman, Albert Wayne Kauffman, Laura Mae Miller, and Linda Sue Miller; 25 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; four brothers; and one sister.
Ida was preceded in death by her husband, Albert J. Kauffman; one grandchild; one great-grandchild; three brothers; and four sisters.
Services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday, at 10119 Creaser Road, Orwell, where visitation will be anytime until the morning of the service.
Interment will be in Clover Hill Cemetery, North Bloomfield.
