NILES -- Vickie L. Myers, 65, passed away Sunday, Aug. 2, 2026, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital, surrounded by her family.
She was born March 20, 1961, in Warren, the daughter of Maurice S. and Jerrie Ashburn Guarino.
Vickie loved wildlife and animals; she would never turn a stray away. The times she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren, were very special to her.
Vickie is survived by her husband, Jack C. Myers Sr., whom she married on Aug. 18, 1990; her four sons, Dan (Lindsey) Myers, Jack (Mallory Mason) Myers Jr., Aaron Myers and Kagan Myers; her two daughters, Stacia (Aidan) Mueller and Sonya (Jake Gore) Myers; a brother, Jay Nagy; nine grandchildren, Ayla, Aden, Payton, Jack III, Santino, Lorenz, Mason, Logan and Shayleigh; a great-granddaughter, Evelyn; daughter-in-law, Amanda (Lauren) Ganyard-Quinton; and her best friend, whom she called her sister, Judy Mercer.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A private family service has taken place.
