MINERAL RIDGE -- Joseph Edward Freeman, 73, died Saturday, Aug. 1, 2026, following an extended illness.
He was born on Sept. 23, 1952, in Warren, a son of George and Gladys Freeman.
He was of the Catholic faith.
He was employed as a certified electrician and drove a semi-truck.
Survivors include his children, Tracy Weaver, Brian Freeman, Karla Placer, Lisa Hayden, Stephanie Fularz, Emily Freeman and Alyson Briggs; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and siblings, Sherry White, Cindy Heib and Nick Freeman.
He was preceded in death by his six siblings.
Arrangements were handled by Borowski Funeral and Oak Meadow Cremation Services.
