WESTLAKE -- Heather L. Conlin, 51, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2026, after a long and courageous battle with breast cancer.
Heather was born on Sept. 4, 1974, in Warren, to William J. "Bill" and Camille Kraynok Conlin. She graduated from Howland High School in 1992 and went on to earn her bachelor of science degree in business administration from Miami University in 1997.
Heather worked as a financial analyst with PNC Capital Advisors in Cleveland, having previously been employed by Key Bank. She was a member of St. Raphael Catholic Church in Bay Village.
Heather will be remembered most for her quick, sharp sense of humor and her ability to quote her favorite movies verbatim. She could happily shop for hours, always the absolute perfect gift-giver. Whether she was enjoying a margarita, treating herself to a scoop of Mitchell's Ice Cream, or being the first to solve the "Wheel of Fortune" puzzle, everyone enjoyed being around her. Above all else, she enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephew.
Heather's memory will be cherished forever by her mother, Camille Conlin of Warren; her sister, Cindy Carone, and her husband, Larry, of Avon Lake; and her nieces and nephew, Anna, Elena, Caroline, and Tommy Carone. She is now reunited with her father, William J. "Bill" Conlin, who preceded her in death.
In honor of Heather's love for animals, her family suggests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Safe Harbor Animal Rescue of Vermilion, from which her favorite family dog, Louis, was adopted. Donations may be made online at https://www.safeharboranimalrescue.org/; or to any other animal rescue.
Funeral services will begin at noon Thursday, Aug. 27, 2026, in the cemetery chapel of St. John Orthodox Church, 3180 Morefield Road, Hermitage, Pa., with the Rev. John Miller officiating.
A celebration of her life will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 28, 2026, at BayArts, 28795 Lake Road in Bay Village.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 1090 E. State St., Sharon, Pa. 16146.
