WARREN -- Dayna Nicole Lamphear, 45, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 22, 2026, at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.
She was born Dec. 21, 1980, in Warren, a daughter of David Lamphear and the late Kathryn Custer.
Dayna was self-employed. She enjoyed painting, hiking and flower gardening. Dayna embraced her creative side -- scrapbooking, journaling and reading poetry. She had a loving heart and always went out of her way to help others.
She will be deeply missed by her partner of 29 years, Jonathan Houston of Warren; son, Adam Houston of Warren; father, David Lamphear; stepmom, DiAnna Gardner Lamphear; childhood friend, Rheanne; and multiple aunts, uncles and cousins.
Besides her mother, she was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Barbara Custer and Helen Louise Brainard.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
