MIDDLEFIELD TOWNSHIP -- Allen J. Yoder, 61, died Saturday afternoon, Aug. 15, 2026, at the Cleveland Clinic.
He was born Aug. 5, 1965, in North Madison, the son of Jonas S. and Martha Slabaugh Yoder.
He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Saloma; children, Allen Yoder Jr., Wayne Yoder, Lester Yoder, Samuel Yoder, Lucinda Byler and Rosanna Hershberger; father, Jonas S. Yoder; 27 grandchildren; six brothers; and two sisters.
Allen was preceded in death by one grandchild.
Funeral services will be 9 a.m. Tuesday at 17370 Newcomb Road, Middlefield.
Visitation will be anytime until the morning of the service at 17360 Newcomb Road, Middlefield.
Burial will be in Yoder Cemetery, Parkman.
Arrangements are being handled Best Funeral Home, Middlefield.
