WARREN -- Vivian Lane Massey Davis, 82, died Friday, July 24, 2026, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital, following an extended illness.
She was born Sept. 28, 1943, in Lillington, North Carolina, a daughter of John L. and Regina Massey.
She was employed as a teacher's aide at Cuddles, Hugs and Kisses Day Care and as a cook in the Warren City Schools.
She was a member of the Coleman Chapel Christian Methodist Episcopal Church.
Survivors include her sons, Andre Clarke and Carlos Davis, both of Warren, and Scott Davis of Oakland, California; her daughters, Rolanda Davis and Ronalda Byrd, both of Warren, Shervon Simpson of Stone Mountain, Georgia, and Cassandra Clarke of Tampa, Florida; 28 grandchildren; and 50 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, James H. Davis Jr.; daughter, Lucretia Davis; two brothers; four sisters; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be 10 to 11 a.m., with a funeral at 11 a.m. Friday at the Second Baptist Church.
Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
