Suzanne M. Naples 1941-2026

MINERAL RIDGE -- Suzanne M. Naples, 84, of Mineral Ridge, passed away Monday, July 20, 2026, at Hospice of The Valley Hospice House in Poland.

She was born Nov. 22, 1941, in Newburg, New York, the daughter of Samuel and Helen Driscoll Bagby.

Suzanne was a 1959 graduate of St. Mary's High School in Warren, co-owner and operator of Orange Julius, with her husband, at The Eastwood Mall and a Deputy Clerk at the Warren Municipal Courts, retiring in 2004.

She was a member of St. Pope John XXIII, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Niles and enjoyed spending time with family.

She will be sadly missed by her husband, Michael J. Naples Sr., whom she married Feb. 8, 1964; two sons, Michael J. (Rhonda) Naples Jr. of Mineral Ridge and Anthony (Angie) Naples of Grove City, Ohio; four brothers, Michael (Bonnie) Bagby of Howland, Stephen (Mary) Bagby of Webster, New York, David (Vicki) Bagby of Franklin, Tennessee, and Kevin (Kathy) Bagby of Aurora; three grandchildren, Alicia (Matthew) Naples-Sforza, Kelsey (Lucas) Varney and Blake (Erika) Thompson; three great-grandchildren, J.C. and Joey Varney and Stetson Thompson; and her high school and lifelong friend, Marie Napolet-Guanciale.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Robert Samuel Bagby; and two sisters-in-law, Charlene Bagby and June Bagby.

Friends may call from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Friday at the Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:30 a.m. Friday at St. Pope John XXIII Parish, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Niles, with the Rev. Leo Wehrlin officiating, preceded by an 11 a.m. prayer service at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery.
