AUSTINTOWN -- Shirley Jean Sisic Flynn, 79, passed away peacefully Sunday, July 12, 2026, of natural causes.
Shirley was born Nov. 28, 1946, in Pennsylvania.
Shirley spent her life serving others as a professional caregiver and serving her Jesus. She got her joy in life spending time with her family, grandkids and great-grandkids. Shirley loved attending church and rooting for her Steelers.
She is survived by her son, Christopher Carusso; daughter-in-law, Adriane Carusso; her granddaughters, Kaelyn Carusso, Mrisa Carusso, Jules Singer Higgins and Raquel Singer; and her great-grandkids, Eli, Suri, Margot, Milani and Ariella. She also leaves behind her longtime boyfriend, Dave Dercole, and many other friends and family.
A graveside service will take place 11 a.m. Saturday, July 18, 2026, in Belmont Park Cemetery.
