Rose Jones 1941-2026

BROOKFIELD -- Rose Jones, 84, passed away peacefully at her home Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

She was born Nov. 25, 1941, in Rockford, Tennessee, to the late John and Willy Woodall.

Rose was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and a truly beautiful lady whose warmth, kindness and gentle spirit touched everyone who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her family and friends.

She leaves behind her loving daughter, Laura and Laura's partner, Renee. She will also be lovingly remembered by Laura's children, Nick Jones and his husband, Jake, and John Bates and his wife, Theresa. Rose shared a special bond with her two beloved granddogs, Dottie and Freya.

Rose is also survived by her son, Jeff Jones and his wife, Laurie, and by his children, Collette Jones and Kyle Jones.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Jones.

Rose and her beloved husband, Cliff, owned and operated a successful feed business together for 35 years. They shared not only their business but also 64 wonderful years of marriage, building a life rooted in love, hard work and devotion to one another.

The family would like to express their deepest love and heartfelt appreciation to Carrie, whose unwavering compassion, patience and loving care brought great comfort to Rose throughout her journey. Her kindness and selfless dedication will never be forgotten and meant more to the family than words can express.

The family would also like to extend their sincere gratitude to the incredible staff of Patriot Hospice for the exceptional care, compassion and dignity they provided. Their kindness, support and gentle guidance brought peace and comfort to both Rose and her loved ones during a difficult time.

A private celebration of life will take place at a later date.
