Born in Warren, she grew up on her family farm where they had a roadside fruit market on state Route 45 in the late 1940s to the early 1960s. As a child, one of her fondest memories about living on a farm was walking around the garden and eating a fresh tomato right off the vine.

Millie had a big personality and knew how to make people laugh with her way of quick-witted humor. Her smile and laughter were contagious to all, making her friends join along with a smile.

She had a love for cats, traveling, Amish culture, holidays, music and gardening. Millie loved to take care of others with her generosity.

A private Celebration of Life will be held in her honor at a later date.
