NILES -- Jeffrey Michael Jay, 61, died Friday, July 10, 2026, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital of a heart-related illness.
He was born Dec. 4, 1964, in Northfield, a son of Paul and Beverly Orahoske Jay.
He was of the Christian faith.
Survivors include life partner, Linda Warren; children, Rebecca Warren of Cleveland, Jacob Warren of Warren and Zach Warren of Mineral Ridge; and brothers, Scot Jay of Kent and Brian Jay of Alliance.
He was preceded in death by one brother.
A celebration of life picnic will take place at 3 p.m. July 25 at 1445 Salt Springs Road, Weathersfield.
