William R. Stanko 1969-2026
WARREN — William R. Stanko, 56, died of natural causes on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.
He was born July 3, 1969, in Warren, a son of Robert J. Stanko Sr. and Nancy Lee Stanko.
He was employed in various positions at Trumbull Memorial Hospital and was a member of Grace Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Bucher Stanko of Warren; daughters, Sarah Stanko of Cleveland Heights and Alaina Sy of Hubert, North Carolina; one granddaughter; his father; and his sister, Catherine Shemo of North Olmsted.
Bill was preceded in death by his mother.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4 p.m., with a funeral service at 4 p.m. Sunday, at the Peter Rossi and Son Funeral Home.
