CORTLAND -- Joy D. Stout, 83, formerly of Middlefield, died Thursday, June 26, 2026, at Hospice House, Poland.
She was born Jan. 2, 1943, in Meadowbrook, W.Va., a daughter of William J. and Ruby E. Keener Lipscomb.
She had worked at the Cardinal Restaurant and attended Burton Congressional Church.
Survivors include her sister, Billie Taylor of Cortland.
Joy was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Joseph Stout, and two sisters.
Calling hours will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sly Family Funeral Home, Middlefield, with a service at noon.
Interment will follow in Middlefield Cemetery.
