KINSMAN -- Joseph A. Mangine, 66, died Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at his residence.
He was born July 21, 1959, in Lock Port, New York, a son of Virginia Bleeks.
Survivors include his son, Josh of Kinsman; one granddaughter; and siblings, Leon, Tom, Mary, Jerry and Ernie.
Joseph was preceded in death by his wife, Concetta Mangine, and four siblings.
There are no services.
