Fred L. Waugh 1956-2026

He was born Dec. 10, 1956, in Olive Hill, Kentucky, a son of Fred Sr. and Deloris Gumbert Waugh.

He had retired from Warren Fabricating and Machining.

Survivors include his sons, Brandon of Warren, Robert of Howland, Travis of Ashtabula and Justin of Springfield, Tennessee; siblings, Marguerita Hepburn and Arthur Waugh, both of Warren; Donald Waugh and Nancy Waugh, both of Leavittsburg; Pamela Salcone of Lordstown; Wanda Baker of Vienna; and Deborah Gonzales of Springfield, Tennessee; and four grandchildren.

Fred was preceded in death by his son, Joseph.

There will be no services at this time.
