WARREN -- Cathy Lynn Pollard Zellars, 68, died Monday, June 1, 2026, at the Cleveland Clinic, following complications of an extended illness.
She was born May 25, 1958, in Warren, a daughter of Elisha Darden and Marion Meredith Pollard.
She retired from employment as an administrator at Forum Health.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
Survivors include her husband, William Edward Zellars of Warren; one daughter, Mia Janai' Zellars of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; and sisters, Deloris Gilliam, Janice Murry, and Marion Marie James, all of Warren, Lady Annette Austin of Rootstown, Patricia Poole Shirriel of Clinton, Maryland, and Bonita Neal of Warren.
She was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
Calling hours will be 11 a.m. to noon, with a funeral at noon Monday at the Triedstone Baptist Church.
Arrangements were handled by the Sterling-McCullough Williams Funeral Home.
