WARREN -- Carol Jeanne Tarleton, 86, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Hospice House.
She was born June 25, 1939, in Warren, the daughter of Anthony and Gertrude McAdoo Lenhart.
Carol attended Warren G. Harding High School and was a homemaker. She attended Champion Nazarene, Central Christian and, most recently, The River Church. Carol enjoyed bowling at Rainbow Lanes, knitting, quilting, playing cards and baking, especially cookies.
She is survived by her children, Paul (Tami) Tarleton Jr. of Champion, Terry (Roger) Gilbert of Welland, Ontario, and Craig (Sandy) Tarleton of Goodyear, Arizona; sister, Glenna Robison of Champion; grandchildren, Natasha, Lindsay, Brad, Christine and Kayla; and great-grandchildren, Joey, Sawyer, Palmer and Ruby.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul A. Tarleton Sr.; son, Jeffrey A. Tarleton; and siblings, Lee, Kenny, Wayne, Billy and Donna.
Services will be noon Saturday, June 13, 2026, at the River Church.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time on Saturday at the church.
