Richard D. Cummins 1985-2026

He was born March 5, 1985, in Warren, a son of the late James E. Cummins Sr. and Mary Cummins.

Richard was known for his outgoing personality, sense of humor and energetic spirit. Richie was very active, well-liked by those around him and especially loved by the children in his life, who affectionately called him “Uncle Richie.”

He enjoyed traveling and spending time in places such as Las Vegas, Florida and Georgia. Richie also loved fishing and music and had a special bond with his nephews. He was a devoted member of Mount Olive Church.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Cummins; his sisters, Nellie Muhammad (Quincy) and Tina Cummins; his brothers, Eddie Cummins, Victor Cummins (Beverly) and James Cummins Jr.; and his cousin, Ivelisse Rodriguez.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Cummins Sr.; and his brothers, Edward Cummins and Bill Cummins.
