Patricia R. Morris 1941-2026

Born Dec. 5, 1941, in Farrell, Pa., Pat was the beloved daughter of Peter and Helen Czekai Regis.

A proud 1959 graduate of Farrell High School, Pat treasured the lifelong friendships she maintained with her classmates and especially enjoyed attending her monthly reunion luncheons, where stories and laughter about cherished memories were always shared.

Pat dedicated many years of hard work and service throughout her life. She worked at Sharon Regional Hospital for four years before beginning a long career with Packard Electric, where she worked faithfully for 30 years until her retirement in 1997.

A woman of strong Catholic faith, Pat will be remembered for her kindness, warmth and loving spirit.

She found joy in life’s simple pleasures — going out to dinner; attending concerts; dancing to the music of the 1950s and 1960s; listening to polkas and the Bee Gees; spending time outdoors; and watching classic movies. She also had a deep love for animals, especially her beloved cats.

Above all else, Pat cherished the time she spent with her family and friends. Her greatest joy was being “Nan” to her grandson, Steven Garland, whom she loved dearly.

She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Kim Garland of Girard; her grandson, Steven Garland of San Diego; her sister, Barbara Regis of Hermitage, Pa.; and many loving cousins, dear friends and cherished pets.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents.

Calling hours will be 11 a.m. to noon Friday, May 22, 2026, at the Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles, with a memorial service beginning at noon.

Arrangements are being handled by the Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Welfare League of Trumbull County in honor of Pat’s lifelong love of animals.
