Mark R. Albert 1955-2026

Born Dec. 27, 1955, in Youngstown, Mark was the beloved husband of 48 years to Cindy; the devoted father to Brian (Anne), Scott (Bethany) and Kevin (Callie); and the proud grandfather of seven. He was also survived by his sister, Carolyn and extended family.

A service will take place 11 a.m. June 6, 2026, at Cortland United Methodist Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Mark’s memory to Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) or UVA Health Children’s Pediatric Hematology / Oncology.
