He was born Jan. 19, 1969, in Warren, a son of Raymond P. and Betty McClellan.
He was an extrusion operator at Growscape.
Survivors include his daughters, Laura McClellan and Caitlin Fox; his son, Ryan McClellan; his sisters, Terri O'Hare and Sandy Dodril; his brother, Bobby; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
