FOWLER -- Howard Dean Sampson, 67, died Saturday, April 18, 2026, of complications of type 1 diabetes.
He was born Jan. 13, 1959, in Warren, the son of Albert Dean and Marjorie Madeline May Sampson.
He retired from the Warrensville Developmental Center.
Survivors include his daughter, Laura Nicole Sampson of Canton; son, Thomas Dean Sampson of Fowler; and his sister, Sherry.
There are no services. Cremation has taken place.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
