NILES — Charles D. Woods, 64, died Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
He was born May 31, 1961, in Warren, the son of Charles and Joanne Ascione Woods.
He was a member of St. Pope John XXIII Parish-St. Stephen Church.
Survivors include his sister, Pam Sabol of Youngstown.
Services will be at 11 a.m. May 16 at Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home.
