Barbara J. Kelly 1977-2026

Barb was born July 1, 1977, in Union, New Jersey, a daughter of Donald and Lorraine Dalrymple.

She was a graduate of Union Catholic High School and a proud veteran of the United States Navy and Coast Guard, where she served her country from 2001 to 2018 before she was honorably discharged. After being discharged, she worked as a recruiter for the Coast Guard.

She married the love of her life, Daniel Kelly, on Oct. 5, 1999, in San Diego, and they began their family together. She loved taking care of her family and made sure she could give her children the best life she could. She also loved cleaning and decorating her house.

Barbara will be deeply missed by her husband, Daniel Kelly; mother, Lorraine C. Dalrymple; and her children, Joshua Kelly, Iris Kelly and Brian Kelly.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Dalrymple; and her brother, Brian Dalrymple.

Family and friends may visit from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Lane Funeral Homes, Roberts-Clark Chapel, 180 Garfield Drive NE, Warren. Funeral services will follow at 11:30 a.m., and a burial will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, with military honors performed, at 2:15 p.m.
