WARREN — Russell E. Bayley, 60, died Thursday, March 26, 2026, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
He was born March 21, 1966, in Warren, a son of Howard Sr. and Margaret Plotner Bayley.
Survivors include his wife, Paula Weaver Bayley; his daughters, Ashley Murphy of Warren and Lindsey Ware of Howland; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Russell was preceded in death by his daughter, Christine Bayley; two sisters; and three brothers.
Services are private.
