Ronald Edward Rinzella Sr. 1941-2026

He was born Dec. 2, 1941, in Warren, the son of Samuel Rinzella and Elizabeth Gayan Rinzella.

Ronald was a graduate of Lakeview High School, Class of 1958. He was employed as a machine operator at Johnson Rubber and as a bus driver for Community Bus Services. He enjoyed painting, baseball, golf and track.

Ronald is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Cheryl Rinzella; children, Jenna (Andrew) Rinzella McCarty, Christy (Shawn) Wheeler, Scott Walker and Traci Rinzella; daughter-in-law, Angie Rinzella; grandchildren, Lea Rinzella Aycock, Sharon Rinzella, Amelia McCarty and Scott Walker Jr.; great-grandchild, Cameron Aycock; and sister, Patricia Rinzella Holdash.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Ronald E. Rinzella Jr.; and his sister, Sandra Mackey.

Services will take place at noon Friday, April 17, 2026, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.

Friends may call one hour prior to the services Friday at the funeral home.

Interment will be in Champion Township Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
