Richard A. Goldner 1962-2026

He was born Dec. 28, 1962, in Warren, a son of Ralph and Judith McBeth Goldner.

A graduate of Champion High School, Richard attended Believers Church in Warren and belonged to the Warren Deaf Club.

He enjoyed NASCAR, Ohio State football, word search puzzles and playing cards, especially Crazy Nines and Skip-Bo.

Richard was an avid animal lover, leaving behind his beloved cats, Bandit and Callie.

If you were serving blueberry cheesecake, you could count on Richard to be there.

Precious memories of Richard live on with his beloved wife of 24 years, Laverne Allen Goldner, whom he married Oct. 20, 2001; two bonus sons, Bradley Gamlin (Sarah) of Warren Township and Brent Gamlin (Jennifer) of Warren; his beautiful granddaughter, Madison Gamlin; two sisters, Jackie Starkey and Tammy Kirkpatrick, both of Warren; along with additional family and friends who love Richard and think of him fondly.

Preceding him in death were his parents; two sisters, Kathy Munson and Elaine Janke; and two brothers, Paul and Tim Goldner.

Calling hours will be 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, where services will begin at 6 p.m., with Pastor Bill Carter officiating. All who know and love Richard are welcome to attend and celebrate his remarkable life.
