Linda L. Spain 1944-2026

LORDSTOWN — Linda Lou Spain, 82, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at her home.

She was born on Feb. 11, 1944, in Warren, a daughter of Clyde and Sally Cochran Miranda.

Linda owned and operated Lady of Spain Hair Studio as a hairdresser and then later, she was the owner of ITAM 29. She loved playing bingo, going to casinos and listening to Elvis, but above all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids and great-grandkids.

She is survived by her son, James E. “Jimmy” Spain of Howland; daughter, Sandy (Chris) Ensign of Lordstown; grandchildren, Dustin (Terrie) Spain, Heather (Chris) McKenzie, Robert (Samantha) Ensign of Canfield, Chyanne (Dominique) Ensign of Warren, Lexie Ensign of Lordstown, and Ashley Spain of Niles; great-grandchildren, Ronnie Turney-Spain, Zoe Spain of Niles, Angelina Spain of Niles, Robert, Brantley, Hardin and Melania Ensign, all of Canfield, Dominick Paridon of Niles, Michael and Maverick Murray of Warren, and Ellieana Spain of Niles; sisters, Millie (OJ) Morrison of Newton Falls, Myrna Miranda, Rita Brekke of Oklahoma, Donna Parker and Barb (Randy) Antil of Newton Falls; brother, Russ Miranda; and her niece who cared for her, Pam (Rick) Keith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Robert R. Spain, who passed away April 18, 2009; her daughter, Lori L. Spain; and her brother, James Miranda, along with several other siblings.

Services will take place at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 23, 2026, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, Warren, where friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
