Jean E. Kinloch 1949-2026

COLUMBUS — Jean E. Kinloch, 76, passed away Sunday morning, April 12, 2026, at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus.

Jean was born Sept. 2, 1949, in Sharon, Pa., a daughter of the late James and Naomi Davidson.

She was a graduate of Joseph Badger High School and continued her education at cosmetology school and became a hairdresser. She was a proud mother who was actively involved in raising her grandchildren. She enjoyed going to the casino, but most of all she loved to gather around her table with her siblings with a cup of coffee and a cigarette.

Jean will be deeply missed by her children, Jonathan “Michael” (Penny) Davidson and Meagan Kinloch; her grandchildren, Alyssa (Johnny) Litman, Victoria (Patrick) Gordan, Paul Davis, Makayla Davidson, Andrew Davidson, Evan Davidson, Avery Stringer, Sammy Jean Bonsu, Jared (Elizabeth) Connor and Jacob (Rachel) Connor; her great-grandchildren, JJ Litman Jr., A’Miah Litman, Amelia Litman, Nova Davis, Lillian Gordan, Jeremiah Connor, Chase Connor and Caiden Kuhbander; her siblings, Donna (James) McKelvey, Mary Langley and James (Cindy) Davidson, and her twin sister and best friend, Jane Davidson; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Denise Davidson, and her granddaughter, Alessa “Lele” Norris.

Family and friends may visit 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Lane Funeral Homes, Madasz Chapel, 6923 Warren Sharon Road, Brookfield.

A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Jean may be made to Adrienne’s Army, in care of the funeral home.
