NILES -- Geneva E. Oliver entered eternal rest at home on Friday, March 27, 2026.
The cherished daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Baltimore Elzy, Geneva was born Feb. 9, 1940, in Greenwood, Mississippi. A woman of grace, dignity and quiet strength, she devoted 33 years to Packard Electric before retiring in 1999.
Geneva was preceded in death by her daughter, Vanessa Elzy-Eggleston, six sisters, two brothers and her parents.
She leaves to honor her legacy, four beloved sons, Anthony Elzy, Andre Elzy, Richard "Ricco" Oliver Jr. and Elder Derrick Oliver; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her siblings; and her extended family.
Final services were entrusted to J.E. Washington Funeral Home.
Calling hours will begin at 10 a.m. until the time of the celebration of life at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Monument of Faith COGIC, 904 W. Market St., Warren.
The family is also receiving those wishing to honor her memory at 925 Youngstown Warren Road, Apt. 95, Niles, OH 44446.
