Frank Ritze Jr. 1945-2026
WARREN — Frank Ritze Jr., 80, of Warren, lost his battle with cancer on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at University Hospital of Cleveland.
He was born Dec. 8, 1945, in Bentleyville, Pa., the son of Frank Ritze.
Frank worked at Leaseway Motor Freight for 32 years hauling cars.
He was a veteran of the United States Army stationed in Germany.
He loved camping, his retirees breakfasts and going to car shows with his 1966 Bonneville. He loved life and wanted to talk to everyone. Frank surely will be missed by everyone he knew!
He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Cynthia Stassin Wedman Ritze; stepchildren, Chris and Dana Wedman; nieces, Diane (Brian) Cumerine and Marsha Dykins; and nephew, Tom (Melissa) Newman.
In addition to his father, Frank was preceded in death by his brothers, Dwayne, Gerald and James Newman.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 16, 2026, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, where the Rev. Vanessa Bostick will officiate. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Champion Township Cemetery, Warren.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
