Donna Grodecki 1941-2026

She was born July 17, 1941, in Sharon, Pa., the daughter of John and Mildred Pennman Torma.

Donna married Leonard F. Grodecki on June 6, 1960, and became a homemaker.

She, along with her husband, became members of the Badger High School Sports Hall of Fame for taking pictures of all the sports teams for many years. She was also a youth group leader for Hartford Community Church, a leader for 4-H sewing, and a Brownie and Girl Scout leader.

Donna is survived by two daughters, Janet Sirochman of Masury and Susan Grodecki of California; three grandchildren, Preston (Aleah), Sarah (Mark Zerefos) and Autumn Sirochman; a brother, Karl Torma of Brookfield; and a very dear friend, Sue Wells.

Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard F. Grodecki, on Jan. 9, 2018.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers, John and Thomas Torma.

In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made in Donna’s name to the Badger Braves Athletic Boosters, c/o Joseph Badger Schools, 7118 state Route 7, Kinsman, OH 44428.

At Donna’s request, there will be no services.

Burial will be in Hartford Township Cemetery.
