NILES — Carol Faith Leffler, 49, died Saturday, April 4, 2026, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
She was born Nov. 2, 1976, in Jamestown, New York, a daughter of Debra Williams.
She was owner of Connect Security Solutions.
Survivors include her daughters, Debra Loomis and Kendra Isaac; her mother; siblings, Toni Leffler, Sam Ferringer and Samantha Ferringer; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one sister.
Calling hours will be 5 to 6 p.m. April 17 at Warren Revival Center, with a memorial service at 6 p.m.
