WARREN -- Sava "Sam" Lezaic, 89, passed away Monday, March 23, 2026, at his home.
He was born Oct. 19, 1936, in Ada, Pa., a son of the late Rade "Ray" Lezaic and the late Julia Vukovich Lezaic.
Sava was a graduate of German Township High School and was employed as a crane operator at Copperweld Steel and as a real estate broker, retiring in 1987.
He was honorably discharged from the United States Navy.
He sponsored several bowling leagues, loved Christmas parties and was loved by everyone who knew him.
Sava is survived by his daughter and caregiver, Pamela Pannell; son, Eric Sava Lezaic; daughters, Jill Eleanor Lezaic and Laura-Lynn (Michael) Johnson; grandchildren, Chaz, Whitney, Porsha, Jacob, Isaac and Sydney; great-grandchildren, Gieonni, Cherish, Michael, Milan and James; and sister, Julia Williams.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Edith "Edie" Marie Lezaic; one brother; and five sisters.
There are no services at this time.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
