CHAMPION -- Mary Joline Burkhammer, formerly of Leavittsburg, passed away Monday, March 23, 2026.
She was born Oct. 5, 1929, in Hurst, W.Va., the daughter of the late Ray and Ottie Rohr Lynch. She worked for the Packard Electric Division of General Motors for 30 years, retiring in 1988.
She is survived by her daughter, Carlene Myers; son-in-law, Roger Myers of Aurora; two grandchildren, Dr. Ross (Dr. Katherine) Myers of Richmond Heights and Maren (Todd) Gilbert of Chagrin Falls; and great-granddaughters, Tegan Gilbert, Charlotte and Beatrice Myers.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Edsel Lynch.
