WARREN -- Margie Mae Moy, 97, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 16, 2026.
She was born Aug. 16, 1928, to Kermit S. Proudfoot and Clara Ruth Nutter Proudfoot, whose memory she cherished throughout her life.
Margie found joy in the simple and beautiful things -- she loved to read, tend to her garden and care for her grandchildren, who were the light of her life.
A dedicated member of Central Christian Church, her faith and kindness touched all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Forrest Moran and Calvin Moy; her parents; her grandson, Christopher Gould; and four sisters.
Margie is survived by her children, David (Catherine) Moran and Debbie (James) Gould; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren, who will carry on her legacy of love and devotion. Her life was a beautiful reflection of compassion, family and faith, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at Central Christian Church, 2051 E. Market St., Warren, OH 44483.
