NAPLES, Fla. -- Jeffrey Anthony "Jeff" Smith, 49, passed away peacefully Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
Jeff was born April 18, 1976, in Warren, to Jeff and Julie Smith. He spent many years working in the landscaping business, where his strong work ethic and dedication were evident to all who knew him.
Jeff had a true passion for his life. He loved to cook and took pride in creating his own recipes to share with family and friends. Music brought him joy, and he especially enjoyed karaoke nights filled with laughter and good company. A devoted history buff, Jeff appreciated deep, meaningful conversations and was always eager to learn and share knowledge. He was a fun-loving man who formed lasting friendships wherever he went.
Jeff is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Tami Smith of Naples, Florida; his son and daughter-in-law, Brendon and Samantha Smith of Naples; his sons, Christian and Tevin Lampkin, also of Naples; his father and stepmother, Jeff and Lisa Smith of Canton, Texas; his brother, Jason Smith of Mesquite, Texas; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Julie Smith.
Jeff will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his warmth, humor and the love he shared so generously with those around him.
A private celebration of life took place Sunday, March 1, 2026.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place at Clearview Crematory in Tampa, Florida.
