WARREN -- Denise Lynn Graham, 49, passed away peacefully Thursday, March 19, 2026, surrounded by her family at home. She fought valiantly, losing her six-year battle with melanoma.
She was born July 10, 1976, in Warren, the daughter of William and Debra Johnson Graham.
Denise lived most of her life in Warren and was a 1994 graduate of Champion High School. She spent several years moving south, first living in Atlanta and then settling in Florida, where she worked at Chase Bank. She eventually returned to Warren to be closer to her parents and her family, working for Huntington Bank and Target. Denise was very proud to have worked on several Democratic reelection campaigns, including the reelection of Tim Ryan. She was also proud of her participation in the Women's March in 2016.
Denise loved animals and had several special cats in her life. She enjoyed concerts and music, being with friends and traveling, especially to Greece and Hawaii.
Denise is survived by her parents, William and Debra Graham; her brother and sister-in-law, Tony and Casey Graham of North Port, Florida; her beloved niece, Lillie Graham, also of North Port; and her aunts and uncles, Barbara Hendrickson, Cheryl and David DiGiacobbe, and Michael and Christy Graham. She also leaves behind her cousins, extended family and numerous friends.
Denise was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clifford and Mae Johnson, and Amelia Graham and William Graham; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Per Denise's request, there will be a private family memorial at a later date.
Cremation has taken place.
The family has requests that all memorial donations be made to TNR, 2428 Elm Road NE, Warren, OH 44483, or an animal shelter of the donor's choice.
Arrangements and cremation have been entrusted to Borowski Funeral / Oak Meadow Cremation.
