Concetta M. Malvasi Allard 1935-2026

Connie was born Aug. 5, 1935, the youngest child of Filippo and Immaculata Malvasi.

Connie married Harold F. “Bud” Allard on June 13, 1959; the couple enjoyed almost 56 years of marriage until Bud’s passing in 2015.

Connie was a dedicated homemaker, school and parish volunteer and a talented cook and baker.

She was a 1954 graduate of Niles McKinley High School, a member of St. Pius X Parish and a 60-year resident of Warren. Connie relocated to Cincinnati in 2020 to be near family.

She was the devoted mother of Phillip (Kathy) Allard of Loveland and Paul (Alicia) Allard of El Paso, Texas. In addition to her sons, Connie is survived by four grandchildren, Matthew (Jackie) Allard, Margaret (Nick) Milano, Sarah Allard and Daniela Allard; and four great-grandchildren. She was a beloved aunt to numerous nieces and nephews and a cherished friend to many.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and five siblings, Rose Malvasi, Josephine Minerd, Joseph Malvasi, Ann Paolucci and Michael Malvasi.

Family and friends may call 9 to 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 20, 2026, at the Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home, 457 Robbins Ave., Niles.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Friday at St. Pope John XXIII Parish-Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 381 Robbins Ave., Niles, OH 44446. The Mass will be preceded by a 10:30 a.m. prayer service at the funeral home.

Interment will be in All Souls Cemetery in Cortland.
