He was born Nov. 3, 1970, in Warren, a son of James Lowery and Esther Dowell.
He was a laborer and landscaper.
Survivors include his sons, Vaness and Michael; and brothers, Aaron and Craig.
Tyrone was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and two brothers.
