AUSTINTOWN -- Missouri Jane Daghara, 62, passed away peacefully at 4:28 a.m. Feb. 21, 2026, at Continuing Health Care of Boardman after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born May 11, 1963, in Kansas City, Missouri, to parents William and Jane Wildoner Torreance.
Missouri loved life and her family. She adored her grandchildren and loved sharing her favorite music with them. She enjoyed trips to Lake Erie, the ocean and camping with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Terry Montecalvo; second husband, Robert Shaffer; and son, Josh Maiden.
Missouri is survived by her children, Jane Daghara (Eric Morgan) of Niles, Rihab Daghara (Tom Peterson) of Austintown, Terry Montecalvo (Wendy) of Niles and Matthews Montecalvo of Warren; grandchildren, Teross, Trever, Tyler, Brytiera, Taron, Talia, Tayton and Matilda; and great-granddaughter, Tamia.
