WARREN -- Linda K. Dowdy, 73, died Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
She was born May 12, 1952, in Nyack, New York, a daughter of George and Marilyn Thornhill Benson.
She was the office manager for W3 Financial Group for many years.
Linda was an active member of North Mar Church.
She is survived by her husband, Jake Dowdy; son, Scott Gilbert of Warren; daughter, Sandi Bowell of Niles; sister, Cynthia Nolte of North Canton; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Errol Gilbert; a brother; and an infant son, Jeffrey.
Calling hours will be 10 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday at North Mar Church, followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m.
Carl W. Hall Funeral Home handled her arrangements.
