WARREN -- James E. Franks, 73, died Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
He was born March 31, 1952, in Jay County, Indiana, a son of James and Leota Hogan Franks.
He was employed in a foundry and an Air Force veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon Summers Franks; daughters, Tammy of Indiana, and Meranda, Jamie and Lisa Franks, all of Warren; son, Thomas Franks of Indiana; stepdaughter, Iva Basinger of Warren; 15 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
James was preceded in death by his son, T.J. Franks; stepdaughter, Wendy Basinger; and two brothers.
Services will take place at a later date.
