HOWLAND -- Carol Sines Mazza, 83, passed away Monday, Feb. 16, 2026, with her family by her side.
She was born on Aug. 1, 1942, the daughter of Edith and Dorsey Sines.
The joy of her life was her family, including her stepchildren, stepgrandchildren and "grandchild," her dog Benny.
She is survived by her stepchildren, Phillip Mazza and Kathy McGovern; three grandsons, Payton and Noah McGovern and Andrew Mazza; brother, Gary (Diana) Sines; sisters, Sandy Sines of Albany, Ohio, Phyllis (Thomas) Jewell of Bristolville, Nancy Merten of Warren, Judy (Jeff) Brown of Bloomfield, Peggy (Jeff) Parent of Fowler, Martha Klosinski of Orwell, and Tina Sines of Bristolville; sister-in-law, Wilma Sines of Bloomfield; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Marilyn and a brother, Jerry Sines; sister-in-law, Donna Sines; and two brothers-in-law, Anthony Klosinski and Kenneth Merten.
A private burial will take place at a later date.
Arrangements were by Oak Meadow Cremation.
