William L. Leppert 1979-2026

He was born July 12, 1979, in Warren, a son of Howard Leppert Sr. and Lois Gaskill Leppert.

Bill enjoyed cooking, listening to music and maintaining his home and yard. He would always be there to lend a hand when you needed it. Bill also enjoyed being outside, whether it was fishing, working on his Jeep or just getting some fresh air.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie Leppert; his sister, Brenda L. Shull; his brother, Roger (Jeanette) Shull; and his sister, Melissa (Robert) Orloski; along with many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Howard R. Leppert Jr.

Services will be noon Saturday, Jan. 31, 2026, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home. Visitation will take place from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at the funeral home.
