BURGHILL -- Norman Leigh Griffith, 75, passed away peacefully Friday, Jan. 2, 2026.
He was born May 26, 1950, in Warren.
Norman was a loving and caring person, always putting his family and friends first. He was a member of Operating Engineers Local 66 for 42 years and he lived to move dirt.
After his retirement, he had his 20 acres to continue his love of operating machinery.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lois Goodrich Shobe.
He is survived by his sister, Nancy Agler of Bristolville; nieces, Corene (Kevin) Matyas of Gainesville, Florida, and Holly Giacomo Matyas of Genoa, Italy; two great-nephews; one great-niece; and his adopted extended family.
Per his wishes, there will be no services at this time.
